Daniel Ciudin, MD

Daniel Ciudin received his Medical Degree from Carol Davila University (Bucharest, Romania) and completed a residency in Psychiatry at the University of Nantes (France) prior to moving to the USA. He concluded his second psychiatric residency at the University of Virginia in 2004 and he further joined the New York Freudian Society in Washington D.C. where he currently is an advanced candidate. Daniel Ciudin worked for the University of Virginia Counseling and Psychological Services from 2004 until 2010. He now joined Lew Weber’s practice where he sees mostly adults. He endeavors to practice both as a psychiatrist and as a psychoanalyst. His interests include psychoanalysis, the interplay between psychopharmacology and psychotherapy and cross-cultural issues. In his spare time he is drawn involuntarily to literature, movies and music.
